Every person can have a different opinion about the color & clarity of the stone. So the stones you are getting can be e to g in color & vs1 to si1 in clarity grades as per GIA standards but as IGI standards those are as mentioned in the listing. how practical it is to use $75000 (3 Carat E VS!) Natural Diamond stone standard for the same color & clarity grade (3 Carat EVS1) Lab Grown Stone which you are getting for $750.
